Dr. Greg Smith, M.D.

Dr. Smith was born in Kansas City and grew up in Lexington, Kentucky. He completed his undergraduate degree at Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas, and his professional degree at the University of Kentucky. Dr. Smith completed his residency at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. He has been a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) since 1989 and was awarded Outstanding Resident of the Year in 1993. He is also a member of the Kentucky Academy of Family Physicians (KAFP). Dr. Smith joined Heartland Primary Care in 2004.
