Shots are no fun, but they're an essential part of healthy living, and some vaccinations are required by law. Heartland Primary Care provides all sorts of vaccines including the flu shot and school-required immunizations. Our team prides itself in being among the best shot-givers you will ever find. When getting a shot, the trick is to take deep breaths and allow your muscles to relax as much as possible. Think about something else and don't look. Many times, you won't even feel it.
