      Chandra Payne, A.R.N.P. Chandra Payne was born in Bismarck, North Dakota, and grew up throughout the Midwest, graduating from high school in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Louisville and her professional degree at Spalding University. She was certified (AANP/AANC) in 2001 and is a member of Sigma Theta Tau (a nursing honor society) and the AANP. Chandra has practiced medicine in Hardinsburg, Brandenburg, Elizabethtown, and Fort Knox. She joined the Heartland Primary Care team in 2008. Chandra has been married 22 years and enjoys spending time with her husband and teenage children. |
